(2014). \u201cInteraksi antaracapung dengan arthopoda dan vertebrata predator dikepanjen, kabupaten malang\u201d. <em>Jurnal Bioptika<\/em>, 2(1): 26-30<\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\">Hasil:<\/p>\n<p class=\"s4\">Capung (Ordo:Odonata) merupakan salah satu musuhalami yang penting untuk dunia pertanian, selain sebagaibioindikator lingkungan bersih dan memiliki sifat polifaga. Dalam jaring-jaring makanan, capung juga menjadi mangsabagi burung, laba-laba, dan katak. Sawah berperan pentingbagi masyarakat Indonesia, karena hasil produksinya, seperti beras, dimanfaatkan sebagian besar masyarakatsebagai bahan makanan pokok dan mata pencaharian.Capung berperan penting dalam jaring- jaring makanan di pertanian. Imago capung berkemampuan memangsa banyakjenis serangga, seperti kutu daun, wereng, walang sangit, nyamuk, lalat, kupu-kupu sehingga dapat menguntungkandunia pertanian, terutama pertanian organik.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s4\">Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampaiAgustus 2013, dengan total 13 kali pengamatan pada area sawah padi organik padi organik dan konvensional di DesaSengguruh, Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Area pertanian padi terletak di titik koordinatS 8 09\u201942,6\u201d dan E 112 33\u201940\u201d dengan ketinggian 348 m dpl. Identifikasi imago capung dilakukan sampai tingkattaksa spesies sesuai dengan buku identifikasi Dragonflies and Damselflies of Peninsular India-A Field Guide danNaga Wendit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s4\">Hasil pengamatan di lapang terlihat capung spesiesOrthetrum sabina dimangsa Mabuya sp. Capung tersebutjuga pernah terlihat menyambar walang sangit yang sedangterbang, kemudian dimangsa. Beberapa peristiwa interaksicapung dengan Arthropoda berhasil didokumentasikan, antara lain O. sabina yang sedang memangsa Acrididae danO. sabina yang sedang memangsa Pelopidas conjunctus.Capung, Athropoda, dan vertebrata yang ditemukan selamapengamatan memiliki interaksi predasi. Capung berperansebagai predator berbagai Arthropoda di pertanian, terutama bagi ordo Lepidoptera, Hymenoptera, Hemiptera, Orthoptera, dan Diptera. Capung juga menjadi mangsa bagiArthropoda, seperti Araneida, dan vertebrata, sepertiAnura, Mabuya sp., dan Todiramphus\u00a0chloris.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s4\">\n<p><strong>JURNAL 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\">Muhammad, F., Hidayat, J, W,. & Mukid, M, A. Aplikasi Bio-Ekologi sebagai indicator tingkat kesuburantambak. <em>Jurnal Sains dan Matematika<\/em>, 21(3): 75-83<\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\">Hasil:<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">Makrobenthos yang hidup pada ekosistem mangrove dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi peran dan proporsitanaman mangrove sebagai sumber makanan alami di lingkungan sekitar tambak. Mereka juga memainkanperanan penting dalam rantai makanan, mentransfer karbonorganik kembali ke ekosistem pelagis. Karena peningkatanlaju oksidasi sedimen, organisme bentik bereaksi sangatbaik terhadap eutrofikasi dan hipoksia melalui mekanismeseperti siklus nitrogen melalui nitrifikasi dan denitrifikasi, dan oleh karena itu dapat digunakan sebagai bioindikatorpengayaan organik. Peran atau kontribusi ekosistemmangrove sebagai sumber atau reservoir makanan alamibagi lingkungan sekitar tambak masyarakat dapatdiprediksi oleh makrobenthos yang hidup di lingkunganmangrove khususnya kelompok cacing Polychaeta. Ada tidaknya cacing di lingkungan kolam seringkali menjadifaktor kunci dalam pembenihan ikan budidaya.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">Penelitian ini \u00a0dilakukan di pesisir utara Jawa Tengah pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2013. Dibandingkan dengankomponen vegetasi mangrove pada ekosistem tambak, penelitian ini mencakup 3 wilayah yaitu: PantaiMangunharjo, Semarang (vegetasi mangrove minimal\/dangkal dengan ekosistem tambak) , PantaiSurodad, Demak (ekosistem \u00a0mangrove monokultur) danPantai Pasarbang, Rembang (ekosistem mangrove yang didukung oleh lahan basah mangrove multikultural). Parameter yang diamati pada setiap sampel adalahparameter biologi antara lain: indeks keanekaragamanplankton makrobentos (berperan dalam penguraian karkas) yang dilakukan di kolam mangrove dan lokasi referensi(kolam tanpa hutan mangrove).<\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\">\u200b Kondisi lingkungan sangat mempengaruhiperkembangan keanekaragaman jenis makrobentos danpertumbuhan ekosistem mangrove. Suatu ekosistem secaraalami mempunyai parameter lingkungan berbeda-bedayang menentukan karakteristik \u00a0ekosistem tersebut. Ekosistem mangrove dipengaruhi oleh kondisi \u00a0perairan. Padang Lamun Sebagai EkosistemPenunjang Kehidupan Biota Laut di Pulau Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu, Indonesia. <em>Jurnal Geografi Gea<\/em>, 20(1): 44-53<\/p>\n<p>Hasil:<\/p>\n<p class=\"s7\">Padang rumput yang terdapat di \u00a0pesisir Pulau Pramukakhususnya di bagian timur adalah \u00a0banyak keuntungannya yaitusebagai first residen producer \u00a0habitat biota laut, penstabil dasarair, \u00a0pengumpul sedimen dan daur ulang nutrisi \u00a0dapatmenghasilkan air berkualitas tinggi \u00a0jernih di sekitar perairan. \u00a0Terdapat berbagai jenis satwa liar \u00a0berasosiasi dengan ekosistempadang lamun \u00a0Pulau Ida-Pramuka, satwa liar \u2013 kehidupan \u00a0yang selalu ada \u00a0untuk hidup, berkembang biak, dan mencari makanan\u00a0bahkan bergantung pada tanaman lamun \u00a0berbagai contoh fauna menetap (yang \u00a0jangan banyak bergerak) yang tinggal di dekatnya \u00a0ekosistem lamun yaitu bulu babi \u00a0(Echinoidea), teripang (Holothuroidea) dan \u00a0fauna lain, seperti ikan baronang(siganus \u00a0guttatus), penyu (Chelonioidea), kepiting \u00a0(Brachyura). Juga daun rumput laut \u00a0menjadi makanan bagi organisme yang hidup di luar \u00a0di dalam air, seperti burung laut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s7\">Pada penelitian ini rantai makanan dibagi menjadi duabagian yaitu rumput dan serasah. Dalam rantai makanan\u00a0Ramuan ini merupakan sumber nutrisi \u00a0langsung adalahtanaman rumput laut itu sendiri \u00a0yang daunnya dimakan olehkonsumen tingkat \u00a0dugong pertama, kura-kura, kelinci \u00a0dan bulubabi.
